2. For maintaining quality control, we developed a comprehensive multi-stage inspection process. This encompassed pre-production material assessments, ongoing process checks, and final product verifications. Additionally, we invested in state-of-the-art machinery for automated quality inspections, which reduced human error and ensured each desk-chair set adhered to or surpassed the necessary standards.
3. To tackle logistics, we proactively engaged with suppliers to fortify our supply chain. We negotiated priority delivery terms and maintained a safety stock to counter any potential supply chain disruptions. Our dedicated in-house logistics team monitored the delivery schedule closely, ensuring raw materials arrived in sync with production timelines without leading to inventory backlogs.

Thanks to these concerted efforts, we managed to deliver the 2,000 daily desk-chair sets on time. The entire order was completed and shipped within the 30-day deadline, showcasing our facility’s production prowess and our adept supply chain management.
