This International School in Zimbabwe is one of the best international schools in Zimbabwe. And this school is full of students from the primary level to the high school level. And their goal is to provide a conducive and Christian environment with a motherly touch to children so as to produce confident, disciplined, independent, responsible, and successful boys and girls with the ability to shape the future. We totally agree with their goal and feel our responsibility to help them achieve their goal with our furniture.
For the first time, we contacted each other about the school sending an Inquiry to us and wanting to have a Request for Quote for the classroom furniture. Without hesitation, we answered them with our questions, such as how many do they want and what is their requirement for this school furniture? After knowing more about what they want and what requirements they need, we send our Design and Quotation to them. After receiving our quotation, they immediately received it from us and have more details which they want to discuss with us. About the school furniture design, they want to add their logo to the furniture and also want to add some functions to the school furniture. We immediately give all the detailed requirements of the school furniture design to our design team and let them redesign the furniture for them. After a few hours, our design team finished the design and immediately sent it to them. They were very happy about it. With more and more communication going on, we suddenly found out there was a problem after we finished production: how we got to deliver the furniture to them? After all, without delivery, they would never receive any of that nice, well-functioning furniture. And then, we communicated with them about this question. They said they don’t have any delivery agents in China or in Zimbabwe. The furniture must be sent from Door to Doorway. After receiving that message, we immediately start to find some delivery agents and try to find the best and most cost-effective one to fit our client and help them spend every cent on the most important part of the whole project. And then, they don’t have to worry about the shipping because we tell them we have let our shipping agent send the furniture to their school directly. They are so happy. You can see how happy they are when they start to use the new school furniture.
