Like Fuertai said, Life is movement. we do love exercise because exercise makes us have a strong body and we may our body feel young and fitter. 

So do you even go to a gym? 

I go to the gym one time and it was my summer holiday after I finish the last test in high school. And the first time I try to change clothing in the changing room, I was a little shy. But when I finish the exercise, when I need to change my clothing, I sit on the bench, I feel try, feel have a place to make me release, and as i change my clothing, I think it is very thankful that they have a bench for me to sit, or it will be different for me to change my clothing because for the time I don’t want to move or even try to move.  

So that was my story for the bench,

And now please let us tell you about the bench in the change room. Firstly, we will use wooden to produce this bench for you. For this bench, we will use the high-density fiberboard(HDF) for the inside of every wooden part, because this wooden board has a very high density(600KG-900KG wood flour for every cubic meter） and this is why it can avoid the problem of corrosion and moth.  However for the surface we use the melamine board, it is very easy to clean, and dirt-resistant.
